Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before enrolling in any
Dealmakers Academy programme.

Bonuses:
if applicable, are only available when payment for the programme has
been made in full.

Payments are non-refundable:
including part-payments. There is no 'money-back guarantee' on this
programme as your success is your responsibility! This clause covers
all situations but not exclusively your personal requirements, health,
changed circumstances, etc.

Instalment payments:
For instalment payments, agreeing to these Terms and Conditions also
confirms agreement to the payment plan schedule. If a payment is
missed, you will be removed from the programme until payments have
been reinstated.

VAT invoices:
A receipted VAT invoice will only be issued upon request.

Suitability:
It is the purchaser's responsibility to determine the suitability of
the programme for their requirements.

Copyright:
All training material, including videos, PDFs, PowerPoint slides,
remain the copyright of The Dealmakers Academy Ltd and cannot be
reproduced or shared with anyone else.

No advice given:
It should be noted that legal, financial, tax or investment advice is
not offered or given by Jonathan Jay or The Dealmakers Academy Ltd.

Commercial agreement:
This is a commercial agreement between the parties, not a consumer
agreement and therefore there are no consumer rights such as
cooling-off periods.

Non-transferable:
Membership, materials and any bonuses, if applicable, cannot be
transferred, sold or shared with any other parties.

Event cancellations:
If a date is changed, postponed, or cancelled, The Dealmakers Academy
is not liable for anything more than the ticket price that has already
been paid to The Dealmakers Academy.

Business Partner places:
Any Business Partner places are strictly for a Business Partner or
life partner who is participating in your acquisition journey, and
cannot be changed once they have been confirmed and set-up on the
programme. A business partner is a substantial shareholder in the same
business as you, a co-director and a co-signatory on the business bank
account.

No responsibility for business decisions:
Neither Jonathan Jay nor The Dealmakers Academy Ltd are responsible
for any business decisions you make.

LinkedIn group:
Membership of the LinkedIn group is at our discretion. Contacting
members and pitching products or services is not allowed and will lead
to your removal from the group.

No solicitation:
Solicitation of business is not permitted at any of our events or on
our LinkedIn group.

Positive culture:
The culture of The Dealmakers Academy is positive and supportive. If a
client is having a negative effect on other members or on the
reputation of The Dealmakers Academy, we will remove that member from
interactive aspects of the programme, at our discretion and without
compensation.

Binding agreement:
Agreeing to these Terms and Conditions is binding and cannot be
cancelled.

Vouchers:
Any vouchers/gift certificates have no monetary value and can be
swapped for the product/service before the expiry date.

Live training events:
Voucher/gift certificates that refer to Live training events can be
used as admission to those events. These events are typically held
annually and if you cannot attend, unfortunately we cannot offer you
an alternative. If used at these events, you pay for your own catering
and accommodation, if required.
